HAITI
February 2016 was a busy month of travel for WWLAB. February 10-16 found Ed traveling to Children's Hope in Haiti. This was Ed's second visit to the Clinic. It is always encouraging to return and see how the previous installed equipment is being utilized. Ed brought more lab equipment to install and train.
We would like to share some pictures with you of the latest trips.
Instructor and students.
Ed is always prepared and ready to help out in the lab when needed.
NIGERIA
February 12-28 James traveled to 2 different sites in Nigeria. BhUTH (Bingham University Teaching Hospital) in Jos, and EHE (ECWA Hospital Egbe).
BhUTH was a repeat visit. It had many years since WWLAB had been to Jos. James was able to install new instrumentation and train the lab staff.
BhUTH, Jos
There also seems to be equipment that needs some type of repair while WWLAB is doing installation and training. After hospital/clinic staff go home for the day, Ed and James can be found in the lab doing repairs.
EHE, Egbe
This was the third time that WWLAB has been to EHE in Egbe. EHE has been in a Revitalization Project for the past 3 years. The lab is constantly being updated, and extra training has been required.
Lab staff eager to learn new techniques.
And when training is finally over...
It is time to celebrate! :)
