Remote areas...

Having been back in North America for almost 2 years now, I  am thinking how 'comfortable' I am becoming with traveling around the continent: air travel that for the most part is pretty dependable, cars with air conditioning, cell phones, rest stops every couple of miles, toilets with toilet seats (!) and toilet paper, tow trucks that help with flat tires, clean water to drink along route, sitting in the front seat of a vehicle with my husband,...so many 'things' that I am starting to take for granted...
Then I get an email or Prayer Letter from someone who lives in a remote area around the world asking for prayer as they travel in-country.  I  then remember what traveling overseas was like. I start to pray. Pray for safety. Pray that buses/cars will not break down and be stuck at the side of the road for 10+ hours. Pray for clean water to be found. Pray for shade to escape the sun while waiting for help.
As I pray, I know that God is there...
He cares
He hears
He helps
He comforts
He restores
Here at WWLAB we thank you for your many prayers for our guys as they travel to many remote areas.
As you pray for WWLAB would you also remember the many missionaries that are serving our LORD and Savior in many remote areas. They do so gladly and joyfully, yet, I know they would covet your prayers as they travel.

"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen" Ephesians 3:20-21.
